Not all heroes wear capes!

Phillix Fong of Self-Help for the Elderly, has been coordinating meals for the elderly in San Mateo. Phillix has helped to serve over 2,000 meals to seniors in our community.
Phillix is just one of the many outstanding people in our community who are being recognized as part of a Patch initiative to recognize everyday heroes.
