The importance of including a buyer introduction

letter with your offer

Inventory is down ~33% in San Mateo County from last year.  Over bidding & multiple offers has been the norm this year for most properties.

I’ll be sharing a few strategies on getting your offer accepted in a multiple offer environment.

Tip #1 is to include a buyer introduction letter with your offer.  It should not be longer then a page & it’s a nice touch to include a photo.  Only about 10% of buyer’s agents include the intro letter with their offer.  This is one way to help separate your offer from other buyers especially if price & terms are similar.

The video has a couple more tips on why this is an importance step when crafting the most competitive offer possible.

I hope this tip is helpful.

I’m here to answer any questions you have about the market or upcoming listings that I have.

Take care!
