What You Can and Cannot Do in Burlingame

Our San Mateo County health officer, Dr. Scott Morrow, issued a stern warning last week. In his statement, Dr. Morrow clarifies that outdoor exercise is allowed, but only in nearby neighborhoods, and driving is reserved for essential trips.

Here are some answers to common questions:
Is the order mandatory or is it just guidance? It’s mandatory.
Can I travel to my second home? No.
Can I drive around for fun or just to get out of the house? No.
Can I go to a hair salon? No.
Can house cleaners, nannies and in-home care workers keep working? Only when necessary for health and safety.
